Happy Halloween - 2012
Halloween this year came very quickly for us as we had a very busy October month. I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween. We all dressed up and took Lily trick or treating before we came home to hand out candy. We had an very fun night. Lily told everyone "thank you" and she loved going door to door. Enjoy the photos.

Time is passing...
“Until I met you," she said, "I never realized how precious each day could be. When I was working, each day was over before I knew it, and then a week just flew by, and then a whole year...What have I been doing all this time? Why didn't I meet you before? If I had to choose a whole year in the past, or a day with you-I'd choose a day with you...”
I wrote this quote because I think only over time can you appreciate everything you have gone through, everything you have, and everything you will become. Lily has taught me so many things, but to love unconditionally is the one most noted for me.
I haven't published a post in quit sometime. I plan to start doing this more as my memories and days with Lily get better and better and harder to recall. I still can't believe I am a mother and that I have a daughter. I love discovering the world through Lily's eyes.

1 year ago today...
1 year ago today, our happy pregnancy took a turn for the worst. Thankfully with the help of some wonderful family and friends, I was able to stay focused and positive on what I needed to do to make sure our Little Lilybug made it perfectly into this world.
Today I was off from work so I made sure Lily and I spent some very much cherished mom and daughter time together. We did go to the library for our weekly reading and just enjoyed crawling around and playing together.

Lily started crawling!!!
Today Lily officially started crawling. It happened at night, we both were playing on the floor with Lily and she decided to start crawling. It was magical and sooo adorable! We were able to get it on video but I don't have any pictures to post. We're so proud of Lily....but wait...that means she's on the move now, YIKES!!! :0)

Grandparents are in town
Since my parents have an RV now, they decided to make a trip up to get more experience with using it. We decided to stop by and visit with them while they were here in town.
During this visit we were planning on watching a shuttle go up. At The Great Outdoors everyone gathers by the golf course. We had a blanket and was ready to play until lift off. It was a beautiful to watch.

My PJs might be too small....
This was a very funny moment. Lily had outgrown her PJs and her toe was peeking out. Gotta love our Silly Lily. :0)
