On Friday July 23, 2010 at 5:47pm our beautiful daughter was born.
Lily Bernice Sears weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
We labored for 17 hours, it was such a wonderful experience. I did have alot of back labor but Miss Lily was determined to make an appearance. We had our immediate family members at the hospital patiently waiting for the news of Lily's birth. It was nice to know they were there to visit with me and to calm my nerves if I needed it.
I can't thank my husband enough for being such a wonderful support and encouraging person throughout the whole pregnancy, but most importantly the best support I could of had during labor. Words can't express my gratitude enough towards him.
I'm so in love with my new life as a mother, and feel that I have come into motherhood so naturally, its with such relief. I can't imagine my life without my LilyBug.
